• Copy of International Passport or ID Card;
• Copy of Higher Secondary School Certificate with transcripts;
• NEET results (for students from India).

Receive Admission Letter and Invoice to cover the Complete first year fee:

After thoroughly reviewing your submitted documents, University of Business and Science will provide you with the Admission Letter and Invoice via email. The Invoice will specify the complete first-year fee, enabling you to pursue world-class education at one of Uzbekistan’s top universities. Upon receiving payment, we will proceed with registration, issuing the TELEX number and Invitation Letter to facilitate your journey toward higher education opportunities in Asia.

Obtain a Visa

Depending on the country of your residence you will be able to apply for a Visa by visiting the nearest Uzbek Embassy or get your Visa at the airport upon your arrival to Uzbekistan.

Please be aware that students from Pakistan and India should apply for visa at Uzbek Embassy with the following documents:

• Filled Visa Application Form;
• International Passport (minimum valid for 2 years);
• Original Invitation Letter;
• Birth Certificate;
• Original School Certificates (O level/ SSCE/ HSSC, Bachelor or Master’s Degree if available);
• General Medical Fitness Certificate;
• Health Insurance;
• Sponsorship Letter from the Parents/Person who is responsible for covering the expenses for the student during stay/ studying in Uzbekistan (Optional);
• Bank Statement to prove financial ability. (Optional);
• 8 passport-size photos (3.5 x 4.5);
• A Visa Confirmation Letter.

*Kindly note that the list of documents should be checked with the Embassy directly before submission.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Once the Visa process is complete, please provide us with the visa photo, flight details, including the date and arrival time, not later than 5 days before arrival. A representative will be assigned to welcome the student at the airport. Please be aware that not informing us about the arrival details may result in the student being sent back to their home country.

We notify the Migration Service of Uzbekistan through an official letter regarding your arrival at the airport. During passport control, the Border Service confirms whether the official representative specified in the letter is present to meet you. Therefore, it is essential to provide us with your arrival details in advance.
