“Private Universities Deserve Trust” — Rasul Kusherbayev

“The belief that private universities are untrustworthy is completely unfounded!” — emphasized Rasul Kusherbayev, Chairman of the “Yosh Ziyokor” Association, during his recent visit to the University of Business and Science.

Throughout his visit, Mr. Kusherbayev engaged in meaningful discussions on various topics. One of the most critical issues he raised was the lingering mistrust among some individuals regarding private institutions of higher education.

“There are people who still doubt the legitimacy or effectiveness of private universities — but these concerns are misplaced,” he said, firmly dismissing the skepticism often directed toward non-state higher education institutions in Uzbekistan.

During the visit, Mr. Kusherbayev also held a productive conversation with our rector, Mr. Karimjon Boymirzayev, further underlining the importance of collaboration and dialogue in strengthening confidence in private sector education.
