Purpose of the Scientific Council:
The primary goal of the Scientific Council is to align University of Business and Science’s operations with educational reforms and policies, supporting affordable education for international students and high-quality academic programs in Uzbekistan.
Authority of the Scientific Council:
The Scientific Council holds the authority to implement educational reforms, oversee scientific research, recommend academic staff for scientific titles, review model curricula, and evaluate leadership reports at University of Business and Science. These responsibilities further establish the university’s excellence in providing bachelor’s degree programs in English and advanced education opportunities in Uzbekistan.
Composition of the Scientific Council:
The Scientific Council comprises the rector, vice-rectors, heads of departments, leading scholars, and specialists from University of Business and Science. Together, they contribute to fostering a multicultural learning environment, affordable student housing options, and career development opportunities for international students.
Meetings of the Scientific Council:
Meetings of the Scientific Council are held as needed, at least once every three months.
Decisions of the Scientific Council:
Decisions made by the Scientific Council are implemented through orders issued by the rector of University of Business and Science.
