2. How many educational programs are in University of Business of Science?

There are 29 undergraduate programs, 6 Master’s degree programs, 5 Doctorate Degree programs at our University.

3. Does University of Business and Science offer scholarships or financial aid?

Our University does not provide scholarships. However, our Tuition fees are highly affordable, ensuring that you receive an excellent education without undue financial issues.

4. What kind of educational programs does your university offer?

We provide a wide range of undergraduate, master’s degree and doctorate degree programs in different fields such as business, science, engineering, and humanities. Our curriculum is designed to balance theoretical foundations with practical applications, ensuring that students gain relevant skills and hands-on experience.

5. Are the courses provided taught in the English Language?

Yes. The medium of instruction of most of our courses is English Language, to make our courses accessible to international students, while also promoting a multicultural learning environment.

6. Does your institution accept transfer students, and can academic credits be transferred?

Absolutely! University of Business and Science welcomes transfer students from other academic institutions. 

We understand that many students have already built a solid academic record elsewhere, so we offer a streamlined process for transferring credits. 9. Can I submit my application documents online, or is in-person submission required?

In order to make the application process as convenient as possible, we made an online application form where students can fill out information about them and can easily upload all the required documents. This system allows you to complete your application from anywhere, saving time and effort while ensuring a smooth submission process.

10. What is the climate like in Tashkent?

Tashkent experiences a continental climate characterized by distinct seasonal       changes. Winters can be cool with occasional snowfall, while the summers are typically warm to hot, often exceeding 30°C. Spring and autumn offer milder weather, which creates pleasant conditions for outdoor activities and exploring the city.

11. What currency is used in Tashkent, Uzbekistan?

The official currency in Uzbekistan is the Uzbekistani Som (UZS). Similar to other       global currencies, one som is subdivided into smaller units called tiyin, although these are seldom used in daily transactions. Currency exchange services are readily available throughout Tashkent, making it easy for international students to manage their finances. Please check current exchange rates before budgeting, as they can fluctuate.

14. What are the prices of everyday products in Tashkent?

For example, a basic loaf of bread typically costs around 2,000–3,000 UZS, which is approximately 0.14–0.21 USD. A liter of milk is priced at about 3,500–4,000 UZS, translating to roughly 0.25–0.28 USD, while a dozen eggs cost between 15,000–20,000 UZS, equivalent to approximately 1.05–1.40 USD. Additionally, dining out or purchasing snacks is budget-friendly, making it easier for students to manage their everyday expenses in Tashkent.

15. How much money does a student need to live in Uzbekistan?

Individual needs can vary widely depending on your lifestyle and personal spending habits. In general, a monthly budget of approximately 200 to 250 USD is typically sufficient to cover essential expenses such as groceries, local transportation, meals, and occasional social activities.
